Donna Gatschuff brings robust experience from her background in Real Estate Investment. As an investor in both Alberta and BC, she has worked a variety of techniques, including buy and hold, rentals, fix and flip properties (from basic upgrading to major structural changes), rent-to-own, and wholesaling. Donna has also completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation, making her a very successful negotiator and a great agent to have on your side.
